How can we allocate cost of a fixed asset without posting GL entries, I just want to know, is there any way to directly assign the cost of a fixed asset even without posting the JE to fixed assets ?  |

There is concept of Assets Depreciation Expenses allocation to the departments/business units which is done in the fixed assets itself, but cost allocation couldn't be understood.
