			<title><![CDATA[Issue with starting tomcat in windows for webcenter sites installation]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[Hello,<br />
 I have this issue with setting up oracle webcenter sites, even after using the documentation I still get erros when starting the tomcat server. attached is the log with the error.<br />
<br />
I get errors that end with this statement:<br />
org.apache.catalina.startup.Catalina start<br />
SEVERE: Cannot start server. Server instance is not configured.<br />
<br />
