I want to know if there is any module in Oracle EBS for monitoring and evaluating public procurements based on pre-defined procurement rules.
Example:
process of PRE-QUALIFICATION
process of DIS-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS AND CONTRACTORS
process related to Bid security etc
