Dear All,
I have been trying to find some documentation to perform a system study for an OPM (Oracle Process Manufacturing) Organization,which usually fall under chemical industry.I have an assignment to perform a system study for a chemical manufacturing company. they are planning to have OPM organization for which I have to understand their existing system and provide recommendations based on my system study. Pls recommend me what are the best practices to be followed while performing system study.if you have any documentations pls share with me or provide me anything that will help me understand better about OPM system study. Pls do the needful.
