Any outage or defect after go-live can result in loss of revenue, loss of brand and reputation, and severed relationship with customers and suppliers. following are the objective of Test Plans: Define functional testing strategy for Oracle E-Business Suite implementation or upgrade. Define Quality Objectives, test plans and test cases. Create test environment, test database and base line test data. Identify customizations to configure and Implement for Oracle E-Business Suite instance. Configure test cases and test components to implement your specific business processes. Quality Metrics Management for continuous quality improvement. These are not as per Oracle AIM, TE40 doc but you can use for your internal testing.
