Getting this error...during installation of R12.2
"Fatal Error: TXK Install Service"
"Cannot install Oracle Database Home
RW-50010: Error: - script has returned an error: 1
RW-50004: Error code received when running external process. Check log file for details.

Do you have any previous failed installation on this instance ? if yes pls delete inventory_loc file.

Have you checked all Prerequisites & RPM's ?.
