awe are doing isupplier implementation and After doing all necessary setups as per guide, i get into iSupplier portal and select a responsibility, it's taking me to

http://ora.abcd.com/OA_HTML/AppsLocalLog...angCode=US and Server not found error. I am on Vision12.1.1 and also have changed the POS:External/Internal URL, without running pos_upg_usr.sql. Is that necessary not sure ... need help or it is due to R12 ?
