Dear All,

we are installing Oracle Database 12c on Windows 64-bit environment and getting following error. Would you able to help me on this, please
error in Process: \product\12.1.0\dbhome_1\bin\perl.exe.

My humble suggestion is to you to review pre-installation guide, Im also trying to install but facing some other issue. your error looks to me something with missing pre-requisites for windows machine.
