By mistake, I have entered the $ exchange rate instead of AED and due to this our all AR invoices are affected…. That’s why whole month all invoice/journals that are posted are incorrect.

If the journal is posted in GL, you can reverse it and create manual journal.
Another way is you can run "GL Revaluation" process on specific accounts to bring functional currency balance as per desired rate.
