Hello,
I have this issue with setting up oracle webcenter sites, even after using the documentation I still get erros when starting the tomcat server. attached is the log with the error.

I get errors that end with this statement:
org.apache.catalina.startup.Catalina start
SEVERE: Cannot start server. Server instance is not configured.

Kindly assist
