Users out the system during period close
We recently implemented EBS R12. During our period end close, we would like to disable access except for a handful of the finance folks. How are companies managing this? Thanks in advance Smile

Usually this is being done by educating the users so that they know the overall month end cycle and we usually prepare SOP documents for departments to follow
