We are in the process of gathering information regarding "EBS R12 Upgrade" best practices and your input would be truly appreciated.

While doing some research I came to learn about Panaya (http://panaya.com/products/oracle-ebs-r1...ation.html). Did anyone here use this product yet?

Never used for EBS upgrade yet but heard it is pretty good in terms of accuracy.

Seems they are good in SAP as well. Check this out http://finance.yahoo.com/news/gartner-ev...00022.html
