Project Contract
1- When to initiate requisitions from contract (At any phase??), I mean only when contract is awarded or it might be initiated at any phase (solicitation, bid, proposal)???

2- What is the difference between Bidding and tendering?? Since there is different document types called (Tender, bid, proposal) when trying to create new document??

Please Do u have any document that can assist me in the Project contract, since the user and implementation Guides are not describing all the fields in the module, or almost all fields !!!!

Rainbow RE: Project Contract
1) When to initiate requisition from contract.

Bascially when the contract is finally awarded to you.
• Awarded Contract: An awarded contract is a legal-binding document describing
the agreement between the contract customer / owner and the contractor, including
details of the delivery and pricing information, and any clauses, terms, and
conditions that may affect the delivery or performance of the goods and services
described in the contract.

2) Bidding & Tendering
Bidding : Bidding is an offer (often competitive) of setting a price one is willing to pay for something. A price offer is called a bid.

Whereas Tendering is other words used instead of Bidding.

What kind of document is required.

Sahil
