Parallel Approval in Oracle SSHR is Possible, Help Needed

Hi
We have a requirement to run parallel approval in oracle SSHR. We have 5 levels of in approval flow. we have created EIT based flow but facing a problem that at third level (called Head Office Clearance) we have four users, these all users belong to different department. We want these 4 approvers to receive notification simultaneously and work in parallel.
Transaction should move to next step only when all four approvers approve the transaction. If any one of these 4 users reject, transaction should get rejected.
Please tell if any standard feature available for this parallel approval in SSHR.

Parallel approval is not available
however Parallel approval functionality has been implemented in 12.2.2
