GL: Open/Close Periods Does Not Display the Ledger LOV

I have created a new Ledger and associated with the profile option 'GL: Data Access Set' and 'GL: Ledger Name' at responsibility Level.

I have created a new responsibility to access my Ledger.

When I was trying to open a period for the first time from the new responsibility, I am not able to see any values in the Ledger LOV.

Am I missing any setup?

Thanks given by:

This issue is caused due to incomplete ledger set and user had not submitted the
General Ledger Accounting Setup Program that completes the ledger setup.

To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:

1. Go into
the responsibility: Genera ledger super user

2. Navigate to
Setup-Financials-Accounting setup manager-Accounting setups . Query the ledger
Select update accounting option . Select update balancing segment value
assignments under the Setup Step

There would be a complete option in the
page. Select complete. This would trigger General ledger Accounting setup
Let the program complete.

Please create the Data Access set in GL (Setup > Financials > Flexfields > Data Access Sets)
and assign to the Profile responsibility.
Profile Name is "GL: Data Access Set"
