Enable/display parameter in concurrent manager

Hi guys,
How can we enable/display parameter in concurrent manager…what is best way for this!!

You can do this:
1. Add a dummy parameter.
Sequence: Between first and second parameter
2. Define a value set of type special for parameter 2
3. Modify your second parameter to use this newly defined value set.
4. Behavior to observe on opening parameters for your program:
- Dummy parameter enabled, null value
- Parameter 2 disabled by default
- Type a value on parameter 1 with lenght different than 90
- Dummy parameter remains blank, parameter 2 remains disabled
- Type a value on parameter 1 with lenght equal to 90
- Dummy parameter value should change to Y
- Parameter 2 should be enabled
