Assignment Set Creation - Criteria Bases

Please find attached the data loader files to create and delete assignment sets bases on criteria. Assignment sets are based of following criteria.
Criteria: It should pick all those employees who are having nationality as 'Saudi Arabia' and their organization as per their assignment is provided in data loader file.
