AIM Vs OUM - Application Implementation Methodology vs Oracle Unified Methodology
While working on number of implementation projects the common question from team and clients. What implementation methodology you will follow….. Oracle AIM or OUM? and it took some time to transform ourselves to new codes of OUM, we use to call RD050(Gather business requirement), TE040(Test Scripts), BP080(Future Business Model), BR100(Define Application Setup) etc during project status review meetings and after the OUM we spent some time to conversant what are the equivalent document code names and how to call them.So here is short comparison of OUM vs AIM document point of view:
